We hired Benjamin to cater our pre-wedding party, and it was one of the best decisions we made. We wanted someone who could serve fresh tacos to us and our guests, and Benjamin exceeded all expectations. He arrived right on time, was completely self-sufficient, and made the entire experience stress-free for us. Throughout the event, he kept the tacos coming with a generous, seemingly unlimited supply of food.
The tacos were incredibly fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Benjamin also surprised us with some additional flavors that were a big hit, along with refreshing drinks served in between. His professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, having Benjamin cater our event was an amazing experience, and every single guest loved the food. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

For me by far the best tacos and hot wings I’ve had! First time I went it became an instant Saturday classic for me. He also makes (and sells) his own hot sauces which are equally awesome! Don’t forget to try the soup or honestly anything else he tries his hand at. I even recall an amazing kombucha he experimented with.

Phenomenal tacos and drinks, served with the kindest smile! The Rolling Chef is a must-visit at the Saturday Amsterdam market. His tacos are like works of art, with attention to every detail and incredibly thoughtful flavors. There are options for meat eaters and vegetarians, and he also serves really delicious herbal drinks. The birria tacos and broth are out of this world, better than you can get even in Mexico. Whenever the weekend rolls around, I get excited thinking I will eat Rolling Chef tacos 😍 I highly recommend stopping by!
